- Stop is a survival mind exercise for your brain.
Finding fresh water.
- You can make a well that is 1 foot tall and 1 foot deep in a dried-up river that is still damp
- If your near a river grab a bottle or something that can hold the water, boil it over a fire.
- Put a container outside and leave for a couple of days and you get some water boil it just in case if any bacteria went in it.
Shelter
- You can Build it on hard solid ground so your shelter doesn't fly away.
- Build it on Flat ground so no cold breeze can get under the crack from the hill.
- Build it on higher ground so predators can't get you up high or in case if there was a flood nearby.
Fire
- You can use sticks and twigs for the fire so it can burn for a fire you would need oxygen heat and fuel to keep it burning for oxygen you can use your breath to keep it on when it is going out fuel is for keeping it on and burning which is paper twigs our sticks make sure it is dry put water around the hole you have dug but the outside of it so when it sparks it will not
- burn the grass or anything that can burn.
- If you rub 2 rocks together it can make a fire if you don't have any matches make sure you do it fast and breath for oxygen for the fire.
- Have water just in case when its an emergency.
Basic first aid
- If you get cut then you can use leaves that are clean to patch up the wound.
- Use pressure on cuts when bleeding to stop you bleeding out.
- If you get bitten by a snake then don’t cut at or around the bite.
Signaling For Help
- Signal using smoke and fire, you will 3 fires in the shape of a triangle and they will need to be 100 feet apart.
- If you have a mirror or glass try to reflect light up onto your target (maybe someone flying around in the helicopter above you) and try to get their attention.
- Scream as loud as you can when a plane or something is near you and wave your hands so they know where you are.
